Our book club has built a loyal following on the back of some fascinating sessions- you really should come along and experience it yourselves. Next up, Chapter 6, features the extraordinary novel ‘My Brilliant Friend’ by Elena Ferrante.
Set in post-war Naples, My Brilliant Friend tells the powerful and complex story of two girls, Elena and Lila, whose intense friendship shapes their lives from childhood through adolescence. As they navigate ambition, loyalty, rivalry, and love, Ferrante paints a rich portrait of friendship and the social fabric of 1950s Italy.
